How is my purchase linked?+
Use the same verified email for Payhip and your account for automatic linking. If the addresses differ, we send a secure one-time claim link to the purchase email.
Is this therapy, medical care, or financial advice?+
No. Northbound is educational self-development material. It does not diagnose or treat conditions and does not replace qualified professional help.
Does the app publicly rank me?+
No. The MVP score and evidence history are private. They exist to help you navigate your own practice, not compare your worth with another person.
What happens if I miss a day?+
Return without punishment. Northbound does not subtract points or shame interrupted streaks. Review the friction, choose the next useful move, and continue.
Can I export or delete my data?+
Yes. Signed-in members can export application data as JSON or permanently delete their Northbound practice data from Settings.
What is the refund policy?+
Because consumer rights vary and Payhip processes the checkout, review the refund page and the terms shown at purchase. Contact support promptly if a file is defective, duplicated, or inaccessible.
