What we collect
Account identity from Clerk, the personal description you choose to provide, generated paths and guidance, challenge check-ins, reviews, product entitlements, support messages, and consented analytics.
AI personalization
Your profile description is sent to OpenAI to generate a structured Northbound profile and seven-day path. Requests are made server-side with response storage disabled. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other secrets in your description.
How we use it
To personalize the practice system, protect accounts, deliver purchased access, improve the product, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.
Your controls
Practice entries are private by default. You may replace your profile description, rebuild your path, update notification preferences, export account data, or delete Northbound application data from Settings.
Service providers
OpenAI supports path generation, Clerk supports authentication, Payhip supports the current checkout and PDF delivery, hosting and database providers process application data, and Resend may deliver transactional email.
