Delivery
The current product is a digital PDF. Payhip provides access immediately after successful payment and emails a receipt/download link.
Download problems
If access fails, contact support@thenorthboundcode.com from the purchase email and include the order reference. Do not post private order information publicly.
Refund review
Digital-product requests are reviewed under the policy displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. A short explanation helps us distinguish delivery failure, duplicate payment, and product dissatisfaction.
Application access
A completed refund may revoke app entitlements associated with that purchase while preserving free account functionality.
