Confidence Is Evidence, Not Applause

Confidence becomes fragile when it depends on an audience. Praise can raise it. Silence can remove it. Criticism can collapse it.

A stronger form is built from evidence: the training session completed, the truth told cleanly, the project finished, the mistake repaired. This evidence remains available when the room is unimpressed.

Write one standard that can be observed by the end of the day. Keep it small enough that the result cannot be hidden behind complexity. Then repeat. Identity grows around the proof you produce.
